Mr. Chang is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sea Sonic Electronics, Inc. Mr. Chang is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sea Sonic Electronics, Inc. Mr. Chang was the Chairman and President of Sea Sonic Electronics when it was first established in 1975, and has been dedicated to the production of test equipment and related products. Under his leadership, Sea Sonic entered into the design and manufacture of switching power supplies in 1980, and was the pioneer in this industry in Taiwan. In 1997, Hai Wan set up a factory in Dongguan, China to specialize in manufacturing. Under his leadership, Haiyun was officially listed and traded on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2002. Mr. Chang stepped down as President in 2007 and was honored as Chairman Emeritus by the Board of Directors in 2017. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Chang continues to provide strategic guidance on Haiyun's long-term business development and R&D direction with his foresight in business management.

 張昀琦董事長過去於海韻電子工業股份有限公司歷任行銷經理期間，成功參與並主導 Retail 產品規劃與品牌布局等關鍵專案，對公司核心技術、產品價值主張及主要客戶需求具備全面的理解，並累積豐富實務經驗，對公司長期競爭力之建立具有重要貢獻。此外，張董事長多年擔任公司董事，持續參與公司重大經營決策與公司治理事務。2025 年 12 月 26 日經董事會選任為董事長後，張董事長將秉持公司治理精神，持續推動公司於成長動能、營運效率與永續發展之間取得良好平衡，並引領海韻電子邁向穩健成長與長期價值創造。 

孫崇熙（Walter Sun）先生於 1991 年加入海韻電子，深耕公司逾三十餘年，歷任歐洲業務、全球行銷及全球業務發展等重要職務，長期負責全球市場拓展、品牌經營及客戶關係管理，對公司國際化發展與品牌價值建立具有重要貢獻。在其帶領下，海韻電子持續深化全球市場布局，成功提升 Sea Sonic 品牌於國際市場之知名度與競爭力，並建立與全球客戶及合作夥伴長期穩固的合作關係。同時，亦積極推動公司營運成長、組織優化及全球資源整合，協助公司持續提升營運績效與國際競爭力。2026 年 7 月 1 日起，孫崇熙先生接任海韻電子總經理，將秉持公司五十年來「客戶至上」的經營理念，持續深化產品創新、提升營運效率、加速 AI 應用與智慧化管理，並整合全球資源，攜手客戶與合作夥伴共同推動創新，持續提升公司長期競爭力，帶領海韻電子邁向下一階段的永續成長。
