Mr. Chang is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sea Sonic Electronics, Inc. Mr. Chang is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sea Sonic Electronics, Inc. Mr. Chang was the Chairman and President of Sea Sonic Electronics when it was first established in 1975, and has been dedicated to the production of test equipment and related products. Under his leadership, Sea Sonic entered into the design and manufacture of switching power supplies in 1980, and was the pioneer in this industry in Taiwan. In 1997, Hai Wan set up a factory in Dongguan, China to specialize in manufacturing. Under his leadership, Haiyun was officially listed and traded on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2002. Mr. Chang stepped down as President in 2007 and was honored as Chairman Emeritus by the Board of Directors in 2017. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Chang continues to provide strategic guidance on Haiyun's long-term business development and R&D direction with his foresight in business management.

  While serving as Marketing Manager at Sea Sonic ElectronicsIndustrial Co., Ltd., Chairman Zhang Yunqi successfully participated in and led  Retail  product planning and brand strategy, among other key projects. She possesses a comprehensive understanding of the company’s core technologies, product value propositions, and key customer needs, and has accumulated extensive practical experience, making significant contributions to the establishment of the company’s long-term competitiveness. Mr. Sun Chongxi (Walter Sun) joined Sea Sonic Electronicsin 1991 and has been with the company for over 30 years. He has held key positions in European operations, global marketing, and global business development, and has long been responsible for global market expansion, brand management, and customer relationship management. He has made significant contributions to the company’s international development and the establishment of its brand value.Under his leadership, Sea Sonic Electronicshas continued to expand its global market presence, successfully enhancing the Sea Sonic brand’s visibility and competitiveness in international markets, and establishing long-term, stable partnerships with global customers and partners. At the same time, he has actively driven operational growth, organizational optimization, and the integration of global resources, helping the company continuously improve its operational performance and international competitiveness.Effective July 1, 2026, Mr. Sun Chongxi will assume the position of General Manager of Sea Sonic Electronics.
